THORACIC CAVITY
The lungs are situated in the chest cavity, the left and right of the heart. These vital organs take air into the body through which the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide as possible. The somewhat triangular lungs rest on the diaphragm (the main breathing muscle that separates the chest cavity from the abdominal cavity) and the outside of the lungs affects the ribs.
